Outdoor technologies leader, Scanstrut Ltd today has announced a new partnership with Mercury Marine, the world-leader in marine propulsion technology.
Scanstrut will supply its ROKK range of mounts, waterproof power and charging products in support of Mercury’s ground-breaking VesselView Mobile technology.
VesselView Mobile allows the boater to use their smartphone or tablet to connect with a Mercury outboard or sterndrive engine. The plug-and-play engine module connects via Bluetooth to provide quick, convenient access to the engine’s data.
ROKK is an award-winning mounting and power system for personal electronics that provides everything a boater needs to install, view and charge devices anywhere on-board.
Before selecting Scanstrut's ROKK range, Mercury Marine put the products through its own extensive in-house testing regime including their unique Wave-Hop shock-load test and lengthy UV testing to simulate the toughest marine conditions the products would experience.
The ROKK range of mounts, USB chargers and cables will be available via the Mercury dealer network, listed online and in catalogs.

Scanstrut this week also announced a new addition to the range: ROKK Wireless. The world’s first outdoor-ready 12-24V wireless charge system, including the revolutionary Hidden version that will provide under-surface charging stations anywhere on-board.
